What do I do if I want a refund or exchange?

We want you to love your purchase, therefore if you are not happy with your product/s, get in touch with us within 7 days with your order number and we will help you. You can return any full price item within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund. The postage will be at the senders expense if you change your mind.

If your product is faulty, we will endeavour to send you a replacement, alternatively we can offer a full refund including shipping costs. Please email us at infomaisonmr@gmail.com, with your order number and reason you'd like to return your purchase.

Sale purchases are final, we do not refund or exchange sale items.

Can I modify my order once I've placed it? 

If you would like to modify your order, please email us as soon as possible. We understand that you might wish to add items to your order or change an order altogether. However, once you've sent through an order we are already busy creating your parcel of goodies, and we might not be able to change it. If you find more products you like, we recommend you put another order through. If you want to cancel an order, get in touch with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

How much does customs tax cost on international orders? 

Depending on the destination country, you may need to pay overseas custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees. Unless otherwise stated, you as the customer is responsible to pay any overseas custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees. For more information please contact your local customs office directly.
