Shipping

We're currently dispatching our orders from the UK and shipping our orders with Royal Mail. This is subject to change as our office is located in Western Australia, therefore, we're working towards shipping our stock to Australia and dispatching our orders from there. 

Shipping times will vary. Most countries will receive their orders between 5-20 business days.

Tracking

We aim to dispatch your orders between 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders we're experiencing at the time of your purchase. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us with the tracking information. 

International Custom Charges

Kindly be aware that customers are solely responsible for any custom charges, import duties, and taxes associated with international orders. In the event of a shipping delay, we advise reaching out to the postal company in your country to prevent any customs-related delays. Prior to making a purchase, we recommend making yourself aware of your country's tax and duty obligations. It's important to note that these fees are separate from the payment for your online store order.
